Hi, I'm Logan.

I'm Logan Golden, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Golden Elevation Counseling in Memphis, Tennessee.

My work centers on trauma, relationships, and emotional growth. I'm especially drawn to people who have been hurt by the places that were supposed to keep them safe: families, communities, and faith spaces. Many of the people I work with are LGBTQIA+, are untangling painful religious experiences, or are learning new ways to connect with the people they love.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative. In practice, that means we go at a pace that feels safe, your background and identity are part of the conversation rather than a side note, and you stay the expert on your own life. When faith is part of your story, I won't ask you to keep it, change it, or leave it. That path is yours.

I see clients in person in Memphis and by telehealth for clients located in Tennessee, for individual and relationship therapy. I also run ongoing process groups and a yearly three-day religious trauma intensive.

Outside the therapy room, I give talks and workshops and guest lecture in master's programs on religious trauma, men's mental health, and LGBTQIA+-affirming care. I also create print-ready resources for fellow clinicians through Therapist Practice Vault.
